Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs lean ground beef
3 or 4 stalks celery cut into one in. pieces
1 small minced onion
6 carrots cut into 1 in. pieces
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp tapioca
1 12 oz. can V8 juice
Preparation

In 3 qt. casserole, place raw meat, sprinkle with salt, add onion, celery, and carrots.
Sprinkle with sugar and tapioca. Pour V8 juice over all.
Cover tightly with foil
if casserole dish does not have a lid.
Bake 4 hours at 250 degrees.
You may also cube 3 or 4 small potatoes and put in with the vegetables.
