Sauteed Cherry Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. cherry tomatoes with stems removed, washed
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
    1/2 tsp. coarse salt or to taste
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    With a small sharp knife, cut a small cross in the stem end of each tomato.
    Put the tomatoes in a single layer in a medium size saucepan.
    Add the oil and garlic and sprinkle with the salt. Saute over low heat until tomatoes are just heated through, about 5 minutes, stirring gently several times.
    Sprinkle with the parsley and serve hot.
    Serves 6.
