Monkey Salad(Sounds Yucky, But Tastes Great!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 bunches broccoli flowerets
1 c. raisins
3/4 c. honey roasted peanuts
2 scallions, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
12 slices bacon
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients together and refrigerate overnight. In another bowl, mix the broccoli, raisins, peanuts and scallions together and refrigerate overnight.
Cook bacon until crisp and crumble up. Toss all together 4 hours before serving and enjoy.
