Skillet Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 c. (2 medium) green peppers, cut into strips
    1/4 tsp. each: oregano leaves, basil leaves and thyme leaves
    1/2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
    1/2 c. halved cherry tomatoes
    1/2 c. croutons (optional)
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet, heat olive oil.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except tomatoes and croutons.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until peppers are crisply tender (6 to 8 minutes).
    Add tomatoes.
    Continue cooking 1 minute.
    Sprinkle with croutons; serve immediately.
    Makes 5 servings.
