Peanut Butter Breakfast Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shortening
    2 1/4 qt. dark brown sugar
    3 c. peanut butter
    12 eggs
    3 lb. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 qt. milk
    1/4 c. vanilla
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, thoroughly cream shortening, sugar and peanut butter.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time, until blended well.
    In separate bowl sift flour, salt and baking powder together.
    In a separate bowl, mix milk and vanilla.
    Mix dry ingredients, alternating with milk and peanut butter mixture.
    Blend well.
    Use #24 scoop and portion into cupcake liners.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from pan and cool.
