Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large chopped onion
1 c. chopped green peppers
1 c. chopped tomato
1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cooking oil
Preparation

Brown meat and drain.
Add tomato paste, oregano, water and salt.
Transfer this into a 13 x 9-inch dish.
Top with onions, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms and cheese.
Beat together the remaining 4 ingredients until smooth.
Pour over meat mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
