Cajun Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal (yellow plain)
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. grated cheese
    1 (17 oz.) can corn (whole kernel)
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies, well mashed
    1 lb. hot sausage, cooked
Preparation
    Drain grease from sausage.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Grease 9 x 12-inch pan generously.
    Pour mixture into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Cut into squares and serve.
