My Favorite Christmas Salad My Mother Made - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/2 c. green maraschino cherries, quartered
1/2 c. red maraschino cherries, quartered
1 #2 can (2 1/2 c.) crushed pineapple, drained
2 1/2 c. marshmallows (about 24)

Preparation

Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise and blend until smooth. Fold in whipped cream, fruit and marshmallows.
Pour into 1-quart refrigerator tray.
Freeze until firm.
Yields 8 to 10 servings.
