Vidalia Deep Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 c. uncooked rice
    6 large Vidalia onions
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 c. whipping cream
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook rice in water for 10 minutes.
    Drain and set aside.
    Peel and chop onions.
    Melt butter in skillet over medium heat; add onion and cook for 15 minutes stirring often.
    Remove from heat; stir in rice and next 4 ingredients.
    Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
