Crab Meat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    2 c. water
    1 small bay leaf
    salt and red pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. (heaping) finely chopped parsley
    3 c. crab meat
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Melt butter over low heat; blend in flour.
    Add onions; cook until tender.
    Add water, bay leaf, salt, red pepper and parsley. Boil until mixture is consistency of thick soup.
    Fold in crab meat; put in greased casserole.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.
