Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, deboned, deskinned and tenderized
    6 thin slices ham
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 to 1 c. cooking oil
    6 half slices Swiss cheese
    1 to 2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat cooking oil in medium size frying pan.
    Layer the following ingredients in the following order:
    one chicken breast, one slice of ham and a half slice of Swiss cheese.
    Roll the layered ingredients.
    Use toothpicks to assure your roll is secure. Repeat until all chicken breasts are in a roll.
    You should have 6 different rolls.
    Dip the rolled chicken in the beaten eggs and then roll in the bread crumbs.
    Once breaded, cook in cooking oil until browned.
    Serve hot with a wine sauce poured over the top.
