Gramma Maries' Molasses Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks margarine
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. molasses (any kind)
    4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Makes 5 dozen soft, sugar-coated cookies.
    Cream together margarine, sugar, eggs and molasses.
    In another bowl, sift together dry ingredients.
    Add dry ingredients to wet and mix well.
    Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls and roll in sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    This dough should be very soft, yet roll into a ball.
    If it's humid, it takes more flour.
