Evergreen Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 quarts water
    2 pkg. lime Kool-Aid
    peppermint extract, to taste
    1 quart ginger ale
    46 oz. can pineapple juice
Preparation
    Combine sugar, water, Kool-Aid and pineapple juice; chill. When ready to serve, add ginger ale and peppermint extract.
    Makes 36 1/2 cup servings.
