Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 c. finely shredded carrots
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
Preparation

Grease and lightly flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or two 9 x 1 1/2-inch round baking pans.
In mixing bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients.
Add the next 3 ingredients.
Beat with mixer until combined.
Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes (9-inch pans for 40 minutes).
