Special Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. hot mashed sweet potatoes or yams
1/3 c. butter (divided)
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. flaked coconut
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. flour

Preparation

In bowl, mix sweet potatoes, 1/2 cup butter and granulated sugar.
Beat in eggs and milk.
Pour into baking dish.
