Fettucine All' Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. fettucine, cooked al dente and drained
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. heavy cream or half and half
    chopped parsley
    1/2 c. unsalted butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    While fettucine is cooking, cook and stir garlic
    in butter in large saucepan for 1 minute.
    Stir in cream; heat to boil.
    Add drained fettucine and toss well.
    Sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper; toss again.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Serve immediately.
