Summer Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 fresh pineapple, cut into chunks or 2 cans chunk pineapple
1 medium apple, cored and cut into chunks
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1/2 c. seedless grapes, halved
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/3 c. lemon yogurt
1 Tbsp. honey
Preparation

Toss fruit and walnuts gently in large bowl.
Combine mayonnaise, yogurt and honey.
Pour over fruit and stir.
Serves 4 to 6.
