Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe bananas (4 if small), mashed
1 c. sugar (can use 3/4 c.)
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. flour (plain)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/4 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mash bananas, add other ingredients and mix well.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in loaf pan.
