Garden Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 medium sweet red pepper, cut into strips
    6 small baking red potatoes (unpeeled), sliced
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried whole rosemary
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans, thawed
    1 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt
    16 strips sweet red pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion, red pepper strips and garlic in oleo until crisp-tender.
    Add flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Spoon half of the onion mixture into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Layer half each of the potato slices, green beans and cheese.
    Repeat layers of onion mixture, potatoes and green beans.
