Rhubarb Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    2/3 c. oil
    1 egg
    1 c. sour milk
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. rhubarb, diced
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Bake 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
