Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg, beaten
10 Tbsp. orange juice
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted and cooled
1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, cut in half
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. chopped fresh mint
3 pieces orange rind
Preparation

In a bowl or food processor, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
Add the egg, orange juice and butter.
Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Stir in cranberries, walnuts, mint and orange rind.
