Cranberry Christmas Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. each salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and ground cloves
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. whole cranberry sauce
1 c. packed light brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs, well beaten
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 2-quart mold or loaf pan (may use 2 small loaf pans to give as Christmas gifts).
Sift dry ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended.
Pour into prepared pan(s).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours for larger pan or 1 hour for small loaf pans or until top is browned and springs back when lightly touched.
