Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 bell peppers
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion, diced
1/2 c. bell pepper, diced
1 egg
salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. rice (Minute rice, uncooked)
large can tomato sauce special
Preparation

Cut peppers in half and clean out. Set in baking dish. Mix all other ingredients saving 1/3 of tomato sauce. Pack meat mixture into peppers; pour the remaining tomato sauce over the tops of peppers. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
