Chicken Chevre Patisserie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    salt and pepper
    5 puff pastries
    8 oz. herbed chevre
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Skin, wash, salt and pepper chicken breasts.
    Place tablespoon of cheese on each chicken breast and fold pastry around chicken, pinch seams together and seal.
    Make decorative tops with a small cookie cutter.
    Place on top of the chicken breasts.
    Brush with beaten egg.
