Grilled Cornish Hens - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. melted butter
dash pepper and Accent
onion salt

Preparation

Place charcoal around drip pan.
Wash hens.
Pat dry and rub onion salt in and on hens.
Place hens over medium coals.
Baste hens often with mixture.
Grill until tender, turning often.
