Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. water
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Heat butter, water, cocoa and shortening in saucepan until it comes to a boil.
Pour over flour and sugar mixture; stir by hand until mixed.
Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla; mix well. Bake in a large cookie sheet pan that has at least 1-inch sides. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
While cake is baking, make the icing.
