Semi-Hot Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. white vinegar
    1/2 gal. water
    1 c. canning salt
    1/2 bushel hot banana peppers, remove seeds (slice if you like)
Preparation
    Arrange peppers in jars.
    In a pot, bring to boil vinegar, water and salt.
    Pour over peppers; seal.
