Grape-Nut Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. milk, scalded
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. butter
pinch of salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and place in greased casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
