Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburger
    1 (24 oz.) cottage cheese
    1 (24 oz.) Ricotta cheese
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (27 oz.) spaghetti sauce
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasonings
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 pkg. jumbo stuffing shells
Preparation
    Fry hamburger and drain. Put hamburger in medium sized pot. Mix all the ingredients with hamburger in pot.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Cook box of stuffing shells by directions on box, drain. When mix is simmered, take a spoon and fill your shells.
    Heat in oven until cheese is melted.
    Serve with garlic bread if desired. Great to freeze for later.
