Ingredients

1/4 c. oil
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow or white cake mix
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 large container Cool Whip
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen fresh coconut, thawed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix, cook and serve in same pan.
Pour oil into 13 x 9-inch pan.
Tilt pan until oil covers bottom. Combine cake mix, eggs and water in pan.
Stir with fork until blended, about 2 minutes.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes until center springs back when touched.
