Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn pulp
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Preparation

Use fresh corn, cooked or raw.
Slice down the center of each row of kernels and with flat of knife, squeeze out the pulp.
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
Drop onto hot frying pan or griddle with a tablespoon.
Brown fritters on both sides.
