Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes
1/4 lb. bacon
1/4 c. bacon fat
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. water or bouillon
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley or chives
Preparation

Cook potatoes in jackets in covered saucepan with water until they are done, but not mushy.
Peel and slice them while hot. Keep warm.
