Mexican Style Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef round steak, frozen and sliced
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    hot cooked noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil with onion and garlic; drain.
    Add water and seasonings; cover and simmer 1 hour, or until meat is tender. Stir together the sour cream and flour.
    Stir into meat with mushrooms.
    Cook and stir until bubbly.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    Serve over hot noodles.
    Sprinkle with snipped chives or parsley.
