Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. pecans, broken
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Mix together eggs, sugar, corn syrup, butter, salt and vanilla.
Stir to blend.
Fold in pecans.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Cook in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
