Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    1 stick margarine
    3 cans consomme soup
    6 to 8 pork chops
Preparation
    Brown rice in margarine.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Pour in soup.
    Place chops on top. Bake 1 hour, covered, at 375\u00b0.
