Chinese Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. spareribs
    1 (15 oz.) bottle soy sauce
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 grated onion
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Split spareribs lengthwise.
    Marinate in soy sauce overnight. Drain.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar, then onion.
    Cover with pineapple and bake in covered casserole pan at 400\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours, until tender.
    Separate each rib for finger eating.
