Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 combination bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Thaw frozen potatoes and drain. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 of cheese, all of the sour cream, pepper and 1/2 of onions. Bake in a medium size casserole dish at 350\u00b0, covered, for 30 minutes. Remove cover and top with remaining onions and cheese. Bake for 5 minutes. Serves 6.
