Warmer Kartoffelsalat(Hot Potato Salad) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes
1/4 lb. bacon
1 c. chopped onions
2 c. water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. pickle relish
1/4 c. chopped pimento
Preparation

Boil potatoes; refrigerate 6 hours.
Peel and slice.
Chop bacon and onion and saute until bacon is crisp and onion is transparent.
Add cornstarch, mixed with water, to bacon grease, stirring until mixture thickens.
Add remaining ingredients and stir for several minutes.
Add potatoes.
Simmer until hot.
