Cold Water Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. oil
2 c. cold water
Preparation

Put everything into a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Pour into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Frost or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
