Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Heat sugar and margarine.
    Let cool.
    Add eggs, coconut, raisins, pecans and vinegar.
    Put in a 9-inch unbaked pie shell and cook for 40 minutes at 300\u00b0.
