Sweet And Sour Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. catsup
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1 c. juice from canned pineapple
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. white onion slices
    1 c. green pepper chunks
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch, blended with 3 Tbsp. water
    1 c. canned pineapple chunks
    red food coloring (if desired)
Preparation
    Blend the first 4 ingredients.
    Pour into preheated wok.
    Boil on high.
    Add onions and peppers.
    Cook 3 minutes, uncovered, stirring constantly.
    Add cornstarch.
    When thickened, add meat (pork, chicken, shrimp, etc.) and pineapple.
    Serve over white rice.
