Texas Chile - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion
    1 green pepper
    1 jar pimentos
    salt and pepper
    garlic salt
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 can whole tomatoes
    2 cans dark red kidney beans
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Brown chuck, onion, green pepper, salt, pepper, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco.
    Place ingredients in saucepan on low heat.
    Add tomato sauce and whole tomatoes.
    Cook for 2 hours on low heat.
    Add pimentos and kidney beans.
    Cook another hour. Serve over rice.
