Sherried Beef And Spinach - cooking recipe

1 lb. beef tenderloin
3 Tbsp. dry sherry
1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1 lb. fresh spinach
1 piece fresh ginger root
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
Preparation

Remove and discard fat from meat.
Cut meat across the grain into thin slices.
Cut each slice in half.
Flatten meat slightly by pressing with fingers.
