"Microwave Banana Bread" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    10 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/3 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    2 medium bananas, mashed
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Grease small glass Bundt pan.
    Sprinkle with mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/4 cup pecans and cinnamon.
    Combine remaining dry ingredients in bowl.
    Add margarine, milk, egg and bananas; mix well.
    Fold in remaining 1/4 cup pecans.
    Spoon into prepared pan.
    Microwave on Medium for 9 minutes.
    Microwave on High for 3 to 5 minutes or until bread tests done.
    Let stand for several minutes.
    Remove to wire rack to cool.
    Yield:
    12 slices.
