Red Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 red chiles (dry)
1/2 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. cheese
1/4 c. onion
10 corn tortillas
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Boil red dry chiles for 2 minutes.
In blender combine your chiles, salt and garlic with 1 1/2 cups water.
Blend for 5 minutes.
Deep fry tortillas in oil.
Dip into red chile sauce.
