Pork Chop Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 boneless pork chops
1 jar Ragu sauce
1 c. Minute rice
1 c. water
12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown chops in large skillet.
Remove from pan.
Stir rice, water and 1 cup of sauce in skillet.
Add chops.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes, covered.
Top with Mozzarella cheese and remaining sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Cover and simmer until cheese is melted.
