Baby Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese and mix in remaining ingredients.
    Place a vanilla wafer in the small size muffin tins lined with small baking paper cuts.
    Fill close to top of papers with cream cheese mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Cool.
    These will sink as they cool.
    Top each with a spoon full of cherry pie filling. Refrigerate.
    Makes 3 dozen.
    (Can be topped with other flavor filling.)
