Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 c. shredded carrots
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. oil
1/2 to 3/4 c. nuts
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
Preparation

Combine above into mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
