Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. regular rice (not instant)
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cumin
    dash of pepper
    1/8 tsp. minced garlic
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Fry rice in oil until golden brown.
    Carefully add liquids and remaining ingredients.
    Stir well and cover.
    After it comes to boil; simmer for 20 minutes.
    Don't peak or stir until done.
