Oriental Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can LeSueur small peas
    1 can Shoe Peg white corn
    1 can French-cut green beans
    1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimientos
    1 large onion, shredded fine
    1 (6 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
    1 (10 oz.) can water chestnuts
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Drain vegetables well.
    Put in blender and mix salad oil, vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour over vegetables and mix together.
    Place in refrigerator overnight before serving.
    Keeps well for 2 weeks.
